Our Team

Kreig Marks, CPT, ATC, CFST

Kreig is the founder and owner of ShockwaveRx. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a devoted husband and a proud father of four children.

Fitness and athletic performance have been central to Kreig's life for decades. During college, he was a nationally ranked wrestler with dreams of competing in the Olympics. Those aspirations were cut short by a serious neck injury. After recovering, he redirected his passion for health and performance into a career as a physical therapist and specialized fitness trainer.

Following graduation, Kreig opened a physical therapy center in South Florida, where he focused on cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as shoulder, back, and knee recovery. In 1994, after his father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Kreig developed the Kinesio-Arts© Training Program, a groundbreaking fitness program designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. The program was the first of its kind to incorporate non-contact boxing, attracting national media attention and helping pave the way for the non-contact boxing fitness movement that gained popularity throughout the 1990s. Today, Kinesio-Arts© is internationally recognized for its innovative approach and exceptional results.

Over the years, Kreig has been featured in national media outlets for his expertise and training methods. He has worked with celebrities, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes, but the majority of his clients are everyday people balancing busy lives who want lasting, meaningful results.

For more than 27 years, Kreig has remained committed to helping clients achieve their highest level of health and performance. He has trained more than 4,000 individuals living with Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis and continues to stay at the forefront of research related to neurological conditions. His focus has always been the same: delivering the best possible outcomes for every client he serves.
